xxl needs to go though youtube and the blogs before so post bullshit statements like nyc has fallen off in the rap game and some how fred the godson is the enxt big thing out of the rotten apple. dont get me long red is ill reminds me alot of biggie but i'm guessing xxl havent heard of chris prolific. This track actually has me reminsing from the begining riff you here in the instremental it brings you back to late 80's early 90's hip-hop, to when his lyrics kicks in and he gives you a history lesson of both himself "back in my days i wish i had things my way little did i know what i loss is what i gained" to the old school recordings "my blank maxwell cassete on record steady blazing" to how it used to be for producers before programs made it eaiser "record shops searching vinyls lookign for that perfect beat theh search was trible." now if you don't know hio-hop not the hsitory of the genre but the way true emcees spit and how they recorded there classic. This is a history lesson to the golden days of true perfection in your art before the mainstream industry went to hell. Now ifi nyc hip-hop is dead i must havea bad taste in music
