Its one thing to have insperations, its another to use there sound and bite there style, but true artist will take there influences and create there own unique sound while leaving traces of the sounds of the bands they were inspired by in there music. Thats whats remenicant in boston punk rockers lost city angels sound. Vocal reminisants of rancid, guitar and vibe styles on point with social distortions. and even taking cords out of the playbook of fellow bostonites dropkick murrays. A nice blend of in your face punk ska, and alt rock lost city angels are deffintly a band to look out for. There dno cut of there latest single my frustration is a stellar basement style recording about self shame and hopelessness. A story of a average teenages makign up escuses on why not to pursue there dreams deffintly will hit the hearts of there listeners. Its nice to see a non emo band able to write songs that will in time help change the lifestyle of there demographic listers. Not since social distortions early demos have i been moved by a unisgned punk act. Deffintly keep your eye out for them
